Throughout the B-day, Hosea feels uneasy by his recurring thoughts of Katelin's collapse the previous day and his warning to her.The following day, at lunch on a B-day, Kenzie has an anxiety attack, putting Katelin and Hosea (for the second time) both in the helping position.
